We are looking for a Recruiting and Operations Specialist who will manage the candidate experience. In this role, you will work with the candidates from application through onboarding. Additionally, you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing our campus recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities include:
General Recruiting

  • Work with the Lead Recruiter to learn CRC’s recruiting processes and strategy
  • Publish job postings and manage job boards
  • Manage recruitment database – screen resumes daily / log actions and results
  • Track and manage internal candidate referral program
  • Coordinate interview schedules and prepare materials
  • Book travel and expense for candidates traveling from outside of Cleveland
  • Assist in hosting candidates on interview days and gather candidate feedback
  • Send background/drug screens for new hires as part of onboarding process
Campus Recruiting
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events for campus recruitment and training; manage corresponding logistics
  • Manage and organize inventory of CRC’s materials / swag used for job fairs, recruiting, and new hire onboarding
  • Help select and train internal employees for on-campus recruiting teams
  • Assist with outlining and preparing slide decks for on-campus presentations
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key university professors and campus organizations
  • Attend campus events for Fall recruiting and help with set up
Internship Program
  • Facilitate logistics for CRC Summer Internship program
  • Work with Chief of Staff on training & development for summer interns
Operations / People
  • Work with Chief of Staff to learn CRC’s onboarding processes and strategy for new hires
  • Communicate new hire start dates w/ Operations team broadly (Compliance / IT / CRM, etc.)
  • Write drafts for new hire announcements
  • Assist with scheduling / logistics for monthly training & development sessions
  • Begin serving as a resource for new hires / employees for general operations related items (lean on Chief of Staff for questions)

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an HR / operations / recruiting / training & development type role
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task while still performing with excellence

This position requires a full-time, on-site presence at our downtown Cleveland office in order to effectively work with teams.
